I am a music specialist and the music I write is original, tested on children and for the less confident teacher. My aim is to provide you with everything you need to fulfil Topic requirements and those of the National Curriculum (without having to prepare anything.) I provide Power Points/videos and give you mp3s and lyrics. Notation is sometimes given. The instrumental parts are dead easy!

Children listen and identify every day sounds. Then they play a listening game with 3 musical instruments. Finally they sing a song especially composed for this activity. It is in the PowerPoint. It will not play unless you are in SLIDE MODE

This really worked. The children were quiet, focused and intent on listening. Updated 18th Nov. Previous download did not hide the images. sorry.

PowerPoint opens with illustrations and questions connected to the baby Jesus and lullabies. There are lyrics with an inbuilt backing track. Music will not play unless the PowerPoint is running in slide mode. This is the carol with the refrain ' We will rock you '
